    Toshia Ferguson Fogle

At a very young tender age, I have always had a keen eye for analyzing details, a passionate desire to help others and a curiosity for just about anything. My probing interest in always wanting to know details beyond the surface and questioning everything earned the nickname as “the little news reporter” by my grandfather.

Hi, my name is Toshia Ferguson Fogle, and this is the narrative of how my genuine curiosity and ambition metamorphosized into a lucrative career as a Cybersecurity Engineer/System Auditor for the United States Space Force (USSF), as well as a licensed Realtor.
Alongside my work in Cybersecurity, I have found fulfillment in serving communities as a
licensed Real Estate Agent. I am helping families find secure and stable housing, providing
guidance, and tailoring real estate services to their needs. I have been blessed to be able to make a meaningful impact beyond the world of technology. My dual passions continue to drive the commitment to support and empower others.

    Early Life
I was born Toshia Ferguson on February 26, 1978, to Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Elnora Ferguson in the heart of Charleston, South Carolina. I am the youngest of three children, following Dr. Sabrina Ferguson Edwards and Karlisa Ferguson. I was raised in a family where both parents served as government employees. My upbringing emphasized strong values such as religion, diligence, determination, and the importance of education.

    Career Achievements & Education
I received early education through Charleston County public school system in South Carolina. After graduating from high school, I attended a local two-year technical college, and subsequently earned a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Webster University. I obtained my Real Estate license in 2025 through the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation Real Estate Commission. In 2026, I successfully pursued license reciprocity with Georgia’s Real Estate Commission.
I hold a nationally recognized industry certification, CompTIA Security+, and has maintained an active Top Secret government security clearance.

    Personal Life & Hobby
I am a proud wife and mother of a well-blended family of 4 kids. We primarily reside in North
Charleston, South Carolina with a secondary residence in Atlanta, Georgia.
During my leisure time, I enjoy shopping, spending meaningful time with my family, and
assisting others within the community. In doing so, it provides balance and fulfillment, fostering stronger relationships and which enables me to contribute positively to those around me.

    Professional Experience
My professional achievements are built on a strong foundation of national service. Working as a contractor for the United States military for more than ten years as a Cybersecurity Engineer has provided me the flexibility to operate remotely. The field is both dynamic and highly demanding. The constant evolution of technology requires ongoing diligence and adaptability. Similarly, the same level of dedication and commitment is essential in my role as a Realtor. In both professions, I am entrusted with significant responsibilities and have individuals who rely on my expertise to help transform their living situations and environments for the better. Community service has been integral to my professional journey. I have created opportunities to help others through the organization of Home Buying Workshop seminars, provided free consultations and guidance to families seeking secure and affordable housing, and mentored students at the local high school interested in STEM fields.

I dedicate time and resources to empower others. By participating in outreach programs and local initiatives, I strive to foster growth, share knowledge, and support those who may be facing challenges. My goal has always been to help build a stronger, more connected community—one where every individual could “Live And Not Just Exist” (a mantra that I have coined and popularized across social media).

    Conclusion
I challenge you to support and join my journey to be a servant! Your service does not have to be like mine—whether you provide service on a national or community level, every journey has a meaningful story that is so rewarding. Personally, becoming a Cybersecurity Engineer and System Auditor was far from effortless or glamorous; however, it demanded unwavering determination, perseverance, a few setbacks, and resilience in the face of uncertainty. Every challenge, every moment of doubt, and every late night contributed to my growth. These experiences have shaped not only my approach to Cybersecurity, but also my commitment as a Realtor. Both roles—as a Cybersecurity Engineer and a Realtor—demand an equal measure of diligence, adaptability, and unwavering dedication to those who rely on my skillset. Each profession challenges me to stay responsive and committed, affirming my passion and reflecting the essence of who I am. I am truly grateful to
have chosen these career paths, which align so perfectly with my values and allow me to serve others wholeheartedly. I am blessed!
