Courvoisier Cognac Partners With National Urban League To Support Black Business Owners

The cognac house launches multi-year commitment and pledges $1 million to support black-owned businesses and communities over the next five years.

The Urban League of Greater Atlanta and Courvoisier, the Most Awarded Cognac House, are hosting a small business pitch competition on July 7th and would love for you to join us!

The small business competition stems from Courvoisier’s global philanthropic platform, Foundation 1828, partnership with the National Urban League and its commitment to empowering and supporting Black and other underserved communities, having pledged $1 million to provide lasting support to Black-owned businesses and entrepreneurs over the span of five years.

The competition will feature four Atlanta local small businesses nominated by leading organizations in the community to present their business plan, goals, and outlooks to a panel of judges where each will walk away with a monetary grant to support the growth of their business.

    WHEN: Thursday, July 7th
    4:00-6:30pm ET

    WHERE: The Gathering Spot
    384 Northyards Boulevard NW
    Atlanta, GA 30313
