Some women build businesses. Others build lives that become blueprints for healing.
Fredericka Decuir has done both.
As a Healing from Rejection Coach, credit restoration specialist, entrepreneur, wife, mother, and co-owner of 2 Brothers Services Inc., Fredericka has dedicated her life to helping others reclaim what life’s disappointments tried to steal. Whether she’s guiding women through emotional healing, helping families rebuild their financial futures, or strengthening a thriving family business alongside her husband, her mission remains the same: restoration.
“I believe freedom begins when we heal,” Fredericka says. “Once we understand who we are and whose we are, everything changes.”
That belief has become the foundation of a life devoted to helping people move from brokenness to wholeness.
From Pain to Purpose
Fredericka’s journey into entrepreneurship wasn’t born from comfort—it was born from calling.
After experiencing profound personal healing through coaching, her own mentor recognized something extraordinary within her. Encouraged to help others, Fredericka leaned into God’s direction and authored Healing from Rejection: A 7-Week Journey to Wholeness, a workbook that has transformed countless lives by helping readers confront emotional wounds and rediscover their identity.
Her entrepreneurial path continued when a denied mortgage application revealed how one simple credit mistake could derail a family’s dreams. Rather than accepting defeat, she immersed herself in credit law, repaired her family’s financial standing, and soon began helping others overcome similar obstacles.
Her third venture emerged through partnership.
When her husband launched his moving company, he had vision, compassion, and determination. Fredericka brought structure, organization, and exceptional customer service. Together, they transformed that vision into a flourishing family business built on integrity and excellence.
Each chapter of her journey reflects a woman willing to turn personal challenges into opportunities to serve others.
The Season That Changed Everything
Success often hides the chapters no one sees.
One of the most difficult seasons of Fredericka’s life came when her family lost the brick-and-mortar location for their moving company while simultaneously struggling under overwhelming financial pressure. Pregnant with their second child, caring for family members, managing business responsibilities, and facing uncertainty, the weight became almost unbearable.
The experience tested everything—her faith, her marriage, and her resilience.
Yet instead of surrendering, she and her husband made a simple decision.
“As long as we had God and each other, we could get through anything.”
That decision became the turning point.
Today, she reflects on that season with gratitude, recognizing that what once felt like failure was actually preparation. Sometimes what we lose creates room for something greater.
Faith Bigger Than Fear
Entrepreneurship brought another unexpected lesson.
After years of working multiple jobs where every paycheck was predictable, Fredericka found herself navigating the unpredictable nature of business ownership. Large deposits often disappeared immediately into payroll, business expenses, and family responsibilities.
“There were days I wanted to go back to clocking in somewhere,” she admits with a smile.
But every uncertain season became another opportunity to trust God more deeply.
“If you want to elevate your faith,” she says, “become an entrepreneur.”
Instead of allowing uncertainty to discourage her, Fredericka learned to rely on something far more stable than finances—her faith.
That faith would later carry her through one of her greatest personal breakthroughs.
Becoming Unrejectable
Like many women, Fredericka battled rejection, fear, and self-doubt.
Then one assignment from her healing coach changed everything.
She wrote four simple words on her wall:
I am unrejectable.
At first, it was a declaration.
Eventually, it became her identity.
She realized that while people might reject opinions, opportunities, or perceptions, they could never diminish the purpose God had placed inside her.
“God has never failed me,” she says. “If my vision is aligned with His will, then I know it will succeed in His timing.”
That mindset now fuels every coaching session, every business decision, and every life she touches.
The Woman Behind the Businesses
Outside of entrepreneurship, Fredericka finds joy in life’s simplest moments.
She treasures quiet mornings with God, strength training at the gym, creating healthy recipes from scratch, drawing, decorating, and spending peaceful afternoons in her backyard surrounded by birds, rabbits, and sunflowers.
After welcoming her third child, she has intentionally embraced wellness—not as a trend, but as stewardship.
“I’m 40 and free, honey,” she laughs.
That freedom isn’t simply physical.
It’s emotional.
It’s spiritual.
It’s the freedom that comes from finally becoming the woman God created her to be.
Protecting Peace with Purpose
As someone who naturally carries compassion for others, Fredericka once found herself absorbing everyone’s pain.
Eventually, she learned that boundaries aren’t barriers—they’re necessary acts of stewardship.
She discovered that protecting her peace wasn’t selfish. It was essential.
By creating healthy emotional boundaries, prioritizing her relationship with God, and remaining grounded in her identity, she now serves others from a place of wholeness rather than depletion.
It’s a lesson she hopes every woman learns much earlier than she did.
Building a Legacy That Lasts
For Fredericka, success has never been measured by titles or revenue.
Her true legacy is freedom.
She wants future generations to inherit emotional health instead of rejection, financial wisdom instead of debt, confidence instead of insecurity, and faith instead of fear.
Through Healing with Fredericka, Brandit Creative Business Solutions, and 2 Brothers Services Inc., she is creating pathways that break generational cycles while empowering families to thrive.
She hopes young girls will see her life and recognize that their past does not determine their future.
“Your struggles do not disqualify you from God’s purpose,” she says. “They prepare you for it.”
A Woman to Watch
Being recognized as a Woman2Watch is deeply meaningful to Fredericka—not because of the spotlight, but because of what it represents.
“I didn’t even know I was an option,” she says humbly.
To her, the recognition is simply another reminder that God sees every sacrifice, every prayer, every difficult season, and every step of obedience.
Her story reminds us that healing is possible.
Purpose is worth pursuing.
Faith grows stronger through adversity.
And rejection never gets the final word.
Because when a woman knows who she is, she becomes unstoppable.
