Welcome to the Wild Wild West in Color

As an all women-led organization, our leadership team comprises talented women from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to drive positive change, educate youth, and empower our communities.

We are seeking to continue the inspirational legacy of the late Lu Vason by celebrating and promoting African American contributions in history. Inspired by Lu’s vision and dedication to inclusivity, we are committed to providing a platform where African American cowboys, farmers, and ranchers can shine brightly.

This Juneteenth Rodeo will showcase the enduring legacy of African American Cowboys, Cowgirls, Ranchers, and Farmers with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and growth.

Additionally, attendees will experience a diverse range of exhibits, demonstrations, and educational booths highlighting the technologies and practices shaping the future of agriculture. Additionally, a variety of vendors will offer authentic cuisine, artisanal crafts, and locally sourced sustainable products, providing a taste of vibrant foods rooted in community agriculture.
