Erikka Tiffani Wells

Born and Raised in California, Erikka has put down roots in Atlanta, and is affectionately known as the Queen of Audi. As a wife and a mother, she enjoys sharing transparent messages of triumph in overcoming adversity, while encouraging others to “just keep driving.”

As a Sales Manager and Busines Development Consultant Ms. Wells developed the first pilot BDC for Audi of America. With her diverse tenure working in automotive, she knows what truly drives digital conversions, creates retention building leadership, and raving client loyalty. In 2016 Erikka Tiffani won a trip to Budapest and was recognized as one of the Top Sales Manager for Audi of America. Ms. Tiffani developed and produced the Adam Goldfein Show, a car buying consumer advice/lifestyle show for News Talk WSB in Atlanta, and appeared as a guest host for the CW show AutoShopper and CBS Radio’s AutoNsider in Atlanta. In an effort to recognize African American minority leaders in the community she hosted an Award Ceremony for “Forward Achievers” giving praise recognition and a platform for those who are often overlooked for their community efforts.

Her personal experiences with rejection, sexism, and discrimination have become the catalyst for her movement to change the way women are viewed and treated in the automotive space. Erikka’s passion for helping women in non-traditional career roles is founded upon her own experiences in the automotive spectrum, working around men who didn’t always appreciate her voice, insight, and opinions. Over time she has gained the respect and support of industry leaders, mentors and organizations what share in her mission to encourage more women to join STEM related career paths. She spends her free time mentoring young women with her program “ Car Girls Rock”, and hosts car clinics coaching others how to make smart choices when handling their finances, buying vehicles, or repairing their automobiles.

She would like to be an owner operator of her own car dealership and speak around the world motivating other to follow their passion.
